Cancellation Policy

• Prior to 8pm the night before: No charge
• Day of/late notice: regular service rate charged*
• No notice/your pet is not there upon our arrival/we cannot gain entry:  Full rate charged*

*These fees cover lost staff time caused by last-minute changes/delays. Thank you for your understanding!

Preventatives and Vaccinations

Your dog must receive regular flea and tick treatment, and vaccinations (they will be sharing water bowls with others). We highly recommend that your dog receives rattlesnake vaccines and attends rattlesnake aversion training once a year. 

Off Leash 

If you request off-leash hikes, please appreciate it at our discretion. We will not have a dog off-leash if we do not feel it safe to do so. Dogs off leash must have great recall, calm disposition, and little prey drive. We will keep the following ON leash…

• Dogs who do not respond well to their name and return on being called
• Dogs to act aggressively or territorially to other people or dogs
• Dogs with high prey drive/ hunting dogs who chase wildlife and only return at their own leisure.

Such dogs are welcome to hike but will not be afforded this freedom. They will stay on leash during services.

Automatic payment

To ensure our employees get paid in a timely manner, we require our clients to set-up auto-pay with our software Pet Pocket Book. Once signed into Pet Pocket Book, you can link a payment method to your account and set up automatic payments. This software ensures you are only billed for the services you request and that our staff is paid on time.
